Refund policy

Your satisfaction of our jewellery is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we allow one-time exchange of the online purchased items if customer identified any issues due to size variations or damage of the jewellery upon receipt, he/she has to make the request by email within 7 days upon receipt of item that is either collected on his/her own at the store, by local delivery or by international delivery.

Please state clearly in the email the order number, item name and reason for exchange. ZNS will normally send a reply email in confirmation of the receipt of your email requesting for exchange within one day after we received such notification.

Having looked into the matter, we will inform you of the relevant arrangements by email. If you do not receive our confirming email mentioned above within one day, please contact ZNS via WhatsApp to (852) 9764 6181 to make your request of exchange within 7 days from the day when the item is delivered or collected by you. Please retain sales invoice, packing box and all the accessories in the packing box. Postage fee for returning the item to the company by mail shall be borne by the customer.

Kindly note that custom-made items cannot be exchanged. Goods sold during seasonal sales and special offer are not eligible for exchange.
